I'm afraid you just don't get the point I was trying to make. You are, of course, free to express your displeasure with the re-election of Mr Bush, but surely if you want a deep aand meaningful discussion about it, you should do so in a comprehensible way! so actually, when you say that if I were to put posts up in Latin I would be ignored, you reinforce my argument don't you? Besides, I don't get where you got the idea that I'm on a mission to impress anyone; latin was just the most appropriate example I could think of. I'm not out to impress anyone, nor do I think myself above anyone or better than anyone. i tell it like it is on these boards old lad, or rather how I think it is, and there's nothing I like better than some healthy disagreement with the way I think it is so we can have a good old discussion on the subject. Amen to that, Freya. Goblin if we are now in the realms of personal insults mi' old mucker, things have got very sad indeed. At least that's one thing I never do on these boards and of which nobody can accuse me. and again, Goblin, you'll forgive me if I don't take your warning too seriously, I am who i am, H love good company and many other things, and I've done all right out of life so far being the person I am.

I take exception to being called an arrogant arsehole without anything to back it up. Now, the only change in attitude my friend that I have detected is to go from agreeing with you, to disagreeing with you.
